Worked fine but the fins on the blower wheel started falling off and i can not find a replacement wheel anywhere. The fan only works but without the lower blower it will not cool.

At first this air conditioner was absolutely amazing, definitely what you pay for. Only used it three months then it went in the closet for winter. Just went to go pull it back out and plug it in. Only to find out that it now only blows hot air. So glad I spent all that money for it not even to last a year. What a disappointment.

We ordered a mini split but due to not shipping to Alaska we went with this. Easy install and cools instantly. Only thing is it’s a bit loud.

Love this! Cools my whole room and I don’t need to keep it running. Only thing is I lost the remote and tried looking for a replacement one and doesn’t look like there are any for this model.

It definitely doesn't cool as well as it says and the heater well I feel like I wasted some money buying this for it's dual purpose as I've had to buy another space heater and even use a mr buddy because this doesn't heat up any room at all. It blows cold air instead of hot and has made my place significantly cold.
