I've only had my Frigidaire cooktop a couple of days, but so far it's fun and easy to use. I made hardboiled eggs yesterday and the water boiled in no time at all. It also heats my pans quickly, so I prepare all ingredients before I turn it on.

Bought this cooktop in August 2022. It stoped working in January 2023. Frigidaire sent out a technician who said the main computer board was bad and he would order it - it would take a week. 10 days later we called and weâre told it would take another week. 10 days later we were told they could not find the technician notes and they would have to send another one out but the part was unavailable regardless. I told them I wanted it replaced - they refused. I am now 33 days without my cooktop and they say they will order a part. I will not hold my breathe. Iâm out $2000 and Frigidaire is not honoring their warranty. Loved the cooktop when it worked. This company does not live up to their promises.

We are very pleased with our induction cooktop. Updates our kitchen beautifully. Very sleek! Hadnât expected to be so taken by its appearance since we were used to a radiant cooktop that we replaced with this one. Love using the induction. It really puts you in control of your cooking. The cleanup after cooking is SO much easier than our radiant cooktop was, AND IT JUST SHINES WITH A MINIMUM OF TIME AND CARE. We are very pleased with our choice.
