I love this cooktop. It replaced a Haier glass cooktop that had 2 dual burners and both of the dual stopped working. This cooktop has much more functionality I love it!

I just had my 36" electric cooktop installed today. I was replacing a KitchenAid one that had a crack in it - plus I did not like the built in controls. My question is on the Keep Warm burner. When I turn it on high, it is barely hot to the point where you can lay your hand across the burner and it is only slightly hot. The element shows to be on, but doesn't really seem to be emitting much heat. Is that normal?
