Purchased brand new, once i install my cooktop , it wouldnt turn on. as right now its been about 2 weeks or so , and they barely sending someone over to get checked, place i called transfer to some automated system , no one could really pick up the phone. hopefully once its fixed everything gets better

Awesome stove. Relatively easy to install and gives us so much more space than before. It makes a slight clicking noise when in use which is slightly annoying but not very loud

We purchased this appliance with the control panel on the front of the stove. Since it is all digital and extremely sensitive to touch, just standing and leaning in to stir a pot will set the oven control on. In fact, on a busy Sunday afternoon cooking dinner, I have activated burners, activated the cleaning cycle for the oven, etc. What in the world can I do to make this panel not react to me just brushing against the front. How am I suppose to cook having short arms, I need to lean in. I love the features on this appliance but this is a major draw back. The second issue I have is the piece of metal that is on the front section of the stove as a boarder. This has to be one of the flimsiest pieces of edging ever used. Mind you, I have used extreme caution not to move or drag pots or dishes across this range but it already has serious signs of wear and looks awful. I have only owed this appliance for 1.5 months. Seriously, why would you do that to this beautiful appliance? It ruined the appearance.
