Bought about a month ago- there was a significant delay in shipping but it was worth the wait. I love cooking over gas and it doesn’t disappoint. My favorite feature is the wok holder- we use a wok at least once a week and it keeps it steady. I would recommend

Poor quality control in unit, missing mandatory parts required to operate, the entire cooktop is not usable. Cooktop will not operate. Cannot cook food, or provide any BTU. The entire unit is currently dead and cannot function at any level. Samsung only suggested I uninstall and start over with a new installation all over. Hun? Who pays for that because of faulty new Samsung? Repeat a remodel installation because missing parts used to work? Samsung didn't accept my first review because it only highlighted the delivery issue missing part, and asked for only review of operating the unit. It doesn't work. That’s my review. It’s a large paperweight installed in our counter. Cooktop is faulty, poorly prepared for consumer, and missing key components to operate.

unless you only want this stove just for decoration stay away from it. after 10 months of use it started to show white spots in the front panel. we used easy off for stoves to clean up grease after a cooking so we did not use anything out of the ordinary for cleaning. the product is under warranty, but samsung did not honor the warranty because it was a cosmetic defect. we will not buy samsung appliances again!

Beautiful gas cooktop. Comes with griddle and wok attachment. Fingerprint black stainless steel is truly a marvel. Makes clean a snap. Center burner is 22k which is amazing for a home cooktop. Brings water to a boil FAST. The WiFi and Bluetooth are nice touches but I won’t have a use for it. Basically tells you if unit is on
