Love this range hood. Is much cleaner than our previous unit. Only complaint is the manufacturing sequence of bending the sheet metal causes dimples at each end on the front. Other than that good quality.

Totally loving my new kitchen with all GE products and the hood is no exception. I feel like I’m in a high end restaurant kitchen. Lights are gorgeous and fan works great and doesn’t sound like a B52 taking off!

Multiple recurrent problems with the control panel, from day 1 of installation. "Fixes" from service tech but nothing that lasts longer than 2 months. Tech stated shoddy contact panel and had to repair with something more solid for touch panel to work. No love from GE, just transferred to phone #s where no one picks up

Ordered in July 2021 with 5 other kitchen appliances. All arrived in December 2021, except for this under cabinet vent, which arrived April of 2022. Upon installation, fan made loud, rattling noise. Called GE Service, and technician ordered new blower fan/motor assembly. Om May 2 replaced defective blower fan- motor was fine. Appears to be operating, but will never use "High" speed- much too loud.
