We mostly love the vent hood. It's got good power and the remote works really well. We were hoping to use it's smart connect features but it is either missing the label with the codes to connect or they were stuck on somewhere that would require us to disassemble the vent hood to find it. The filter screens do rattle even on low, which is only a mild annoyance since our eating area is open to the kitchen and if we need to run the vent due to smokey or steamy cooking it will let you know it's still there and rattling.
