We have Bosch microwave and oven combo and Dishwasher in a new home. Regret getting them. Already had 2 repairs and now microwave is completely gone and cannot use. Bosch website always has errors popping preventing us from scheduling a service visit

We have had nothing but problems with this speed oven. We purchased this in November of 2016 and have had to have it repaired at least 10 times since then. There is something wrong with the door that makes it short out, losing all power until we have it fixed. We have gone months at a time waiting for repair people and parts. This is a known issue if you read the reviews, but we have not been able to find anyone who can properly repair it. It keeps happening over and over again. Very frustrating for such an expensive appliance. I wish I could give it a zero star rating.
