We had a GE microwave that was only 2 years old and started making grinding noises and smoking inside. So we replaced with the same model to match our other appliances. Within 2 weeks, the door won’t open unless we push upward on the door while pressing the button. I reached out to customer support a week ago and have heard nothing.

My criticism of the features is the small button to open the door. Would have preferred a wider button or door handle to open.
