We just remodeled our kitchen and my husband insisted on this microwave/convection oven. Our children are grown and so the smaller oven has been great when cooking for two. The only reason I did not give this oven a 5 is because when mounted in the wall above the oven it is a little too high for me. The door opens down which makes it really hard for me to reach in. I do miss my door that swings open.

This oven needed to be serviced right away due to the control Panel. It has never run right since. It constantly has errors. It always has to be reset. We have had a service person here 3x and the Panel needs to be replaced yet again and they want us to pay $900 because it is now out of warranty. We are not only disappointed with this oven but the KitchenAid Company as well. For over $2000 this appliance should last longer. The company says it doesn't last more than 5 years anyway. Absolutely Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY or must have extended warranty!!
