Flimsy pieces. Getting mounting screws into blind nuts drive you nuts! As a bonus the screw covers break in lieu of snapping in place. Call GE parts to get replacements under warranty and was told since I purchased at Best Buy, I have to pursue replacement from them. This purchase replaced one I installed in 2003, which inspired me to replace with GE. You never know!!

I have been using this microwave for just over 6 months now and we use it often! I love it! We haven't had a single issue with it and it's so user friendly! I love the features, I love how clean it looks and stays. It was a great purchase that I'm still happy with!

We've tried a number of microwaves over the years and the GE Profile line is easily our favorite. With other microwaves we missed little things like the responsive keypad, the ability to mute sounds and the quick start and add 30 seconds buttons. Cooking is good with zero complaints. Installation with the trim kit was easy. We would definitely buy another GE Profile microwave again.

The oven effectively heats food. Since it is placed below the counter, a lighted keypad would added to the ease of use.
