We purchased this as a replacement to another company’s product. After the eco friendly packaging was removed, we started initial use. Setup was super easy and this is easy to use. It is quiet when in use. I would recommend this to a friend.

It was time to replace my 16 year-old GE microwave and I wanted another all-white model so I bought a different brand, but didn't like it at all. So, I bought the GE with a black window in the front which I don't like and the inside of the door is also black, but it does have a light inside which I like a lot. I absolutely love that I can just press a button for an instant 30-seconds. That was a must-have for me because I got so used to it with my first GE microwave. This new one is nice & quiet so I'm very pleased with the way it works, just wish it was all white.
