I bought this microwave last year and it started to act up around 10 months after purchase. Finally it officially broke at 13 months and 1 week after purchase and LG wouldnt replace it. I had high expectations its supposed to be a smart microwave and it was expected to out last the old basic ones but it did not. Now Im stuck with an expensive big useless non working microwave. Called LG did troubleshooting and still didnt work and they said theyd get back to me if someone could replace it and I havent heard back since. I just want a working microwave send me a used one for all I care I just cant cook at the moment since I just gave birth.

We purchased the microwave for guest use in our house less than 5 years ago. It was hardly ever used. Lines on the digital display burned out so it is not possible to program a time.

My old microwave was the same model.. It had a minor problem that made it hard to use.. I just happened to buy the extended warranty so I carried it into the store by appt. got credit for it.. Walked over to that dept. and picked up another one because I loved the old one
