Great buy great value great product. I was concerned it would not fit in the space designed by my contractor. Fortunately with 1/8 inch tolerance it worked.

The microwave seems to work fine. The number pad is not friendly in the dark. The trim kit which cost more than the microwave came damaged so waiting for my return to be acknowledged so I can get my new one and install it in the wall cabinet.

I bought it almost a month ago. When I first received it it was dented on one side so I contacted customer service to discuss what could be damaged? They were very enthusiastic about answering clearly and carefully so I kept it and it is still working fine today. Overall its very cute and I hope it works as well as it looks.
