i bought a samsung 1.1 cu. ft. microwave oven (from amazon) on january 13, 2017 and it only lasted three years (not acceptable). i have bought other products from samsung, including hard drives and tablet computers. i will seriously be considering other electronic manufacturers for my future electronic needs.

the grill feature is kinda useless for me. the microwave was still pretty nice at first but after just a few months the button to open the door stopped working correctly. i have to push it a few times before it pops open or guide it open by pulling the door. found some reviews where others have the same issue with the door. disappointed that customer service wants me to lug it into a repair shop instead of sending someone out under warranty. an extra hassle for a microwave that should have lasted more than a few months. i may just order a different brand.

i loved this microwave. it looked beautiful in my kitchen and exceeded expectations for microwaving and the grilling feature. and then, a few months shy of two years, it stopped working.

our gently used samsung microwave burnt up in a month. it was loud out of the box but it worked...for 1 month and then suddenly died with an awful burning smell.
