I have to admit. My previous above the range microwave was old. It worked fine but this new Frigidaire works great. It is easier to use. The controls are intuitive. Quick cooking, quick defrost, reheating, timed cooking, power levels are all easy to use .However I do not do a lot of cooking (except steaming veggies) with the microwave. Like most people it's used for reheating and for that I couldn't ask for anything more.

This microwave has many many features. You need to invest some time in reading the manual to understand them all. The exhaust fan is rather loud. The clock lumination is very bright, especially when it is paired with the gas range clock.
