Pleased with the aesthetic look of the microwave. It cooks much hotter than my last. Power level is a little difficult because you have to add the time, then click "power level" several times in order to reach desired level. Very easy to cook without adding a power level; just touch the # for minutes and it does the rest. The timer only does 3 reminders, each reminder a double beep. The sound could be missed if you were in another room with other household noises going on. Love the surface lights--they light the range cooktop well.

We purchased this microwave when our Whirlpool decided to stop working. We felt the price was good from Home Depot during a spring black Friday event. The two microwaves have many of the same features. The installation was pretty easy and only took about an hour due to installing the wall support in a different spot than the previous one, and making new holes in the overhead cabinet it was attaching to. I would give this a 5-star, however, I don't feel it is truly smudge proof like it claims. Maybe I don't understand what that means but we have 3 children and are always wiping off their prints. Overall we are happy with the purchase and I would buy again in the future (hopefully I don't have to since I purchased the 5-year warranty).
