I replace my old GE microwave (2006 model) with the a new GE microwave which made the install easier. The clock is brighter with 4000k number illumination, little hard on the eyes. Otherwise I like this microwave.

Brand new when installed in 2018 when house was built..first the defective ge oven that scorched my wife’s frontal due to manufacturing error of reversing gas line and now the microwave doesn’t produce any heat..

Generally we like this microwave. The ability to turn it on with the press of one button with express feature is great. One of the main things my wife looked for in an over the stove microwave. However, the new layout of buttons is not as convenient and takes time to find the correct button and it does not have the butter softening feature.
