Within two weeks of installation the sensor quit. Had to have a service person come twice before it was corrected. Wonderful microwave in every other way.

It has a great feature set, but mostly I like that it’s fan is quiet. AND it comes on automatically when it senses a heat build up when the range is in use.

We replaced a microwave that came with our house when we bought it two years, ago. It stopped working and I found this on sale at Costco. I always buy Whirlpool products. In my old house, I had all Kitchen Aid appliances. This one has all the features that I need and more. I like that the extra big cavity and that I can turn off the turn table.
