First unit was dented and they didn’t even bring on delivery date. We had to contact Samsung to get a replacement and after 9 days we received the second one, which did all the functions but DID NOT HEAT! Samsung didn’t want to replace even though it arrived like this. It took 3 visits, almost 3 weeks and they had to order 3 different parts because apparently they didn’t even know how to fix, and the company still kept denying the replacement. Now I have a refurbished microwave that has been opened several times. Reviews have been declined. Don’t recommend product or support.

great look and features. my only dislike is that the display doesn't light up so it is hard to read the various options in the evening. otherwise totally happy with this microwave.

the microwave looks great, but has major design flaws preventing you from using the microwave heat\cook function if you set a timer. who would ever want a microwave with a timer function that prevents you from using the microwave to cook? additionally, the fan speeds (used to vent because this is an over the range microwave) slows to a crawl as soon as you use the microwave cook feature, and doesn't even speed back up after cooking is complete. this too seems to me like a major design flaw if the microwave doesn't have enough power to run the vent fan and cook at the same time. the touch panel printed buttons are off from the activation point, and has "cracking" sounds like broken plastic underneath. i expect a short life from this microwave (currently 1 month old).

bought december 1st and quit working on january 14th. after cooking baked potatoes the microwave would not power. now the microwave does not heat. checked all the trouble shooting tips. tried to make a service request online through samsung and got a message that they do not service my area and to call 1-800 number. they make it very inconvenient to get assistantance on a brand new appliance.
