JUST GOT THIS INSTALLED FRIDAY SO FAR SO GOOD. OUR OLD AMANA LASTED 27 YEARS. THE ONLY THING NEGATIVE SO FAR MANUAL STINKS. DON'T TELL YOU WHERE THE START BUTTON IS HAD TO CALL FOR HELP. NEEDS A BETTER MANUAL. WILL JUST TAKE TIME TO GET TO KNOW IT

It looks great and runs nice. I don't like that you can't leave the shelf in It caused a burn on the back wall already I also don't like the sound of when my food is ready. It is way tolong. I know you can shut it off but I would like just a beep

I am not happy with the lighting output on this microwave (both outside and inside). The light at the back of the microwave doesn't give any light to the front of a cooktop or stove top which leaves the front of the cooktop or stove top dark. I will have to install under the cabinet lights to see the food cooking on the front of my cooktop. The light should have been placed in the middle of the oven, or, lights along both sides of the oven. The light in the interior isn't any better. The light is so dim you can barely see what's cooking inside. Whirlpool makes good products. I wished this microwave had been plugged in when I looked at the display, then I would have chosen a microwave with a better placement of the lights and brighter lights.
