We bought this Microwave to replace an older over the range type that was on its last legs. It operates quietly, has a great fan and lighting. No more changing lite bulbs and is easy to clean.

eight months in and the microwave has a mind of its own, the vent turns on by itself, the options buttons come on by themselves, the childlock is enabled on its own. for an 8 month old product, i would expect better than this!

would not recommend this microwave at all as the touch panel is pure garbage. half the time the buttons dont work! we end up just using add thirty second button to be able to microwave things. this has lasted for a few months and now the touch panel is pretty much non responsible. contacted samsung and was quoted more then just buying a new one to replace the touch panel. so with that i will just buy a new one but just not a samsung. honestly i do not recommend any samsung kitchen appliances as our refrigerator also has issues too.
