Oven Pre-Heating Takes Forever. Disappointing!

We spent over $3,500 for this oven from Lowes, and could not be more disappointed. There appears to be issues with the heating elements and in our case (and others), the oven takes forever to preheat. We're not wishing we had bought another brand/oven with 'normal' pre-heat times. This oven even offers a Fast Pre-Heat setting, which doesn't help or seem to make a difference in the pre-heat time.

I have a bosch 800 series double wall oven that I purchased two years ago. Within one year I had extensive hairline fractures on the bottom of each oven. At about 18 months, the finish started chipping out which exposes the metal below. The exposed metal is now corroding. I filed a case with bosch and their answer has been that they will not replace the unit. Per management: "hairline fractures are expected...". Don't pay premium for a non-premium product.

I have alway's had warming drawers to keep dishes prepared and warm. Now with our new oven I don't need a warming drawer because of the warmer built into the oven! Great feature.

Pros: - heats well - cooks well - easy to use - looks great Cons: - control panel heats up during oven cool down - pre heat is slow unless you turn on rapid pre heat mode. I assume regular use of this is detrimental to the life of the product.
