1. convection doesn't work 2. bread proofing bake the dough 3. timer interferes w/ baking & roasting (shuts down the oven) 4. decides to update in the middle of roasting a leg of lamb for the holiday meal! 5. $150 for the repairman to come & diagnosis the problem (control panel probably, also several hundred dollars!)

To be honest, I don't bake. My wife does. All I did was install it for her. She loves it I think. My food is never burned, so I like it too. My mom doesn't complain about the oven either. I don't know how it works, but its pretty easy for even me to turn on. It looks nice in our kitchen too.
