It seems to do everything really well. Its nice to have convection as well as a probe. I wish the alarm/timer was louder. I have it turned as high as it will go and its still pretty ute.

Received the 800 series. Wonderful quality. I had a double oven in my last home, so it is easy to compare. The touch controls are very sensitive when I am cleaning the outside, but after 1 month, I have adjusted. Easy to set up temp, time, delay and probe. When the probe reaches the temperature you pre set, the oven shuts off and beeps. I love the sturdy moving rack, so I do not have to reach into the hot oven. Quality is wonderful. When self cleaning in my prior oven, I needed to remove the rack holders inside the oven, wheich I then broke a light. In my Bosch oven, I only remove the actual racks. I am very happy and expect many years of worry free use.
