Samsung 30" Flex Duo Double Wall Oven in Stainless Steel is a superior line of the highest Duo Double Ovens that's very effective and easy to use. The Multi settings of this Flex Oven is absolutely stupendously Awesome. This oven can be used as a Convection Oven or it can be used to steam your recipes with precision. The Sleek design is a beautiful masterpiece. This Flex Oven has Wifi connectivity that is a new and innovative feature that's easy to access with the download of the SmartThings app. The SmartThings App allows you to be notified when your food is finished cooking or when your appliance is turned on or off. It will allow you to have accessibility to operate and be notified of your appliances while away from the appliance. You can control your appliance with your SmartWise App. This feature is so useful and is an advanced technology control. When using the SmartThings App to alert you when your Oven is preheating and when your oven temperature is set and ready. I also use the SmartWise App to let me know when my food is finished cooking I will get an alert on my phone informing me that my food is ready. Highly recommended

This Samsung double oven has beyond exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful, multifunctional, and ultra high tech yet user friendly. At first I was intimidated with its wide range of features and thought there was no way I would get to learn how to use this oven without having to spend hours fumbling through the manual. Turns out that it was much easier than I thought it would be, and Samsung did a great job engineering this product for a not-so-tech-savvy person like me. The digital display is very easy to navigate, contains useful prompts for getting started, troubleshooting and even contacting the manufacturer for remote diagnostics and management...yes remote! You can also control your oven remotely while on the go using your phone or other smart device by using the SmartThings app which was so easy to install and connect to my oven. Such a great safety feature and practical for multitaskers who don't want to be tied down at home while they bake. So far my teenage kids and I have made cookies and brownies by the batches, even utilizing the twin cooking mode which allows the top oven to be divided into two compartments allowing different cooking times and temperatures. Seriously, what have they not thought of! Thus far, all the goodies we've made have been evenly baked to perfection and we cannot wait to dig our heals into more baking recipes aside from pastries. Having this double oven makes us want to dine in more...and that speaks volumes for a family like ours that loves to eat out. Thank you Samsung for manufacturing such an incredible appliance! We highly recommend it for anyone, from beginner cooks or barely home to cook individuals to the seasoned bakers.

top oven doesnt heat/cook same as the bottom oven.xcuses“take out the divider”,”top will never get as hot as a bottom”, adjust the racks”.documented 50 degree difference b/t set temp&actual 375/325

does not maintain temperature. the knobs and touch screen get extremely hot during use. c21 error code still not fixed after mainboard and temperature sensor replacement.
