I have been enjoying my new oven thus far; especially all of the various cooking modes. It's fairly simplistic to operate and comes in handy with preparing different foods. Had to contact customer service due to a s small shipping issue but they came right out and fixed the problem. Very pleased!

When our 45 year old Hotpoint 24â wall oven failed unexpectedly after a rash of other appliance failures, we were frustrated to say the least. After some significant research and assistance from Matt at Home Appliance in Massillon, OH, we determined we could upgrade to this 27â wall oven at a lower price than a comparable 24â. I picked up and installed this oven myself and our initial impressions after the first two weeks of use are nothing but positive. Build quality appears to be very good and the number of features this thing offers is out of this world. Despite the plethora of options, itâs still very easy to use and we havenât even scratched the surface of what itâs capable of doing. We canât wait to discover new ways to use our new oven in the coming months. Itâs so nice to have a fully functional upgraded oven after 3 months of doing without.

So far I love my new oven! I have only had it for two weeks and have been very happy with how easy it is to operate. The few things I have baked in it have come out perfect especially the cookies that browned evenly on the top, bottom and sides.
