after reading the reviews, i wished that i had went with another combo but i noticed them to late. we had this unit installed yesterday and it is just as i expected. really nice with lots of great features. unfortunately, the oven works but the microwave does not heat at all and the installers have informed us the product is defective. the next availability to get a new one isn't until june and we have a technician from samsung to look at it on monday. hopefully they will be able to fix the issue or i will be out almost 4k for an item we haven't even used.

I bought this wall oven / microwave combo when I had new kitchen built. I love the sleek look of this wall oven and the black stainless finish. The microwave is very easy to use. I lit that the display turns off after use saving energy. With just one touch anywhere the display turns on and you can choose from multiple settings on both the microwave and oven. I will say that I also have a gas flex oven in my kitchen and this electric oven cook much more hot than the gas does. I simply assist the temperature down when cooking and everything comes out perfectly. I have owned this wall oven for two years without any issue whatsoever.

Ive have this combo for a few months now and couldn't be happier. I used all of the features except the steam function. Wish it came with a cookbook to help with cook time and temperature. Overall gteat oven
