we bought this unit mid 2019. the whole system died (no power whatsoever) about 4 weeks ago. they showed up for repairs and the tech said one of the microwave boards was broken. he changed the board. three days later, it broke again. he showed up again, after another two weeks (imagine a month without a microwave and oven!). changed the board, still broken. he suspects the display board and of course they have to order the part. he is supposed to come back in a week. So far 4 weeks without microwave and oven. Not happy with product at all!

Use the oven one time and now has error that is known for this unit... paid over 3k and have already spent 5 hours trying to get help from Samsung it’s been weeks and now looks like it’s going to be weeks longer. Very frustrating not worth the money spent

Liked the functionality of the micro/oven but have had to have it serviced twice in the first seven months. First, the handle came loose & came off. Second, we had a complete function failure so they had to replace the motherboard.
