Very stylish product and matches well with my Samsung refrigerator. Love I have the Black stainless and love that the finish hides fingerprints so well. Much better than traditional stainless product and easier to keep looking spiffy. We use all three cook systems for different meals and love the versatility of speeds. I use the convection/microwave option the most. Makes it easy and quick to cook with the speed of a microwave but the consistency and food quality of an oven. I cook salmon, steaks, burgers all in the microwave convection section. The built-in menus are super useful. No thinking just follow the questions and Viola! Dinner!

I was warned by a local appliance repair shop not to buy Samsung because I would need to have them serviced frequently. They were right. I like the features on this unit and it looks great, but I have had technical problems with it from the start. Luckily I did listen to the repair shop when they said if I did buy Samsung to get an extended warranty. I would steer clear of this unit.

WASTE YOUR MONEY. LOOKS GOOD BUT NOT LAST LONG.SOON AS WARRANTY IS OVER TOTALLY NOT WORKING AND REPAIR COST IS EXPENSIVE TO FIX.

I bought this model for one year and the cover of reservoir was melting and after one year waranty the microwave was smoke and smell not working

This oven has some great qualities. Unfortunately, I can't get past the fact that the clock will only display an hour at a time -- it comes on right after use but will only stay on for the subsequent hour. If this isn't a problem for you, then I guess I could recommend it. However, it takes the fun out of it for me. Samsung went to the trouble of designing various stylish clock faces to choose from but doesn't provide the option of letting the clock display perpetually. I will also say that the microwave cook time and start interface is not as perfectly streamline as I would like for an appliance that is so heavily in use -- requires me to select "ok" after inputing the time, in addition to having to select start -- not clear to me why the extra step is required. Also, the microwave is sometimes loud-ish -- makes me wonder if something is getting ready to malfunction. Having said all that, the bottom oven seems to produce good results -- heats quickly and evenly.
