had technicians out for 4 hours on 3 occasions and then oven died. want to like the product but entire refund process has been very inconvenient/disappointing. last call was 2+ hours.

after 1+yr i am satisfied: * oven and led display look great. * core features - microwave & oven works flawlessly. @samsung please make an option where the clock does not turn off after 60min.
