This is a great looking oven. Price point was good. I like the electronics. The only drawback is I feel like it takes too much time to heat up. But overall happy with it!

My brand new oven looks great but works poorly. I followed the instructions provided and still the oven is not performing as it should and does not heat up to the desired temperature. I contacted the customer care rep and was instructed to reread the instructions and if it is still not working shut the power off at the breaker box to reset the unit. I was also informed that the oven can take about 15 mins to warm up, which I think is a little long but so be it. I followed the instructions again and still it took oven an hour before it came almost close to the desired cooking temp. I will be calling again to see if there is anything else they can do. Itâs unfortunate that I have a new unit that I canât even use.
