This whole unit would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the racks. The slide out one pops in there just fine and works great. The non slide out one that stays in place? That's another story. I feel like a child trying to jam the thing in there as if it doesn't fit. I finally got it in there and then it had to be taken out when my cabinets needed to be fixed and now I can't figure out how to get it back in for the life of me. And another one that slides out costs over 200 on replacement parts? That's insane.

We downsized from a low-end double oven hoping we wouldn’t miss it with a combo, and guess what? We don’t. Pre-heating in the full oven is not as fast as I’d like, but it’s pretty good and doesn’t have hotspots. The bells and whistles—proofing, warming, steam cleaning, etc.—are perfect for us and the controls are easy to use. The microwave/convection is terrific. I’d give it 5 stars, but we haven’t been using it long enough. We haven’t tried the self-clean, either.
