Everything works great. The stainless steel finish is cheap and scratches easily. When I contacted Kitchen Aid regarding it they told me how to clean it. I think appliances are not made to be used. Disappointed with the quality

I had been wanting a duel fuel oven for ages so when our electric range died we were on the hunt. We needed a downdraft and there weren’t lots of options in our price range. We decided on the Kitchenaide and I couldn’t be happier! The controls are so easy to use and I love the convection feature. Highly recommend this range!
