I really want to like this range but... Purchased December 26 2020 while it was i stock 6 months before our remodel was finished. We were worried COVID supply chain would cause backorders. Installed September 2021, complete oven failure it February 2022, Manufactuer warranty starts at purchase date so now were out of warranty on a 5 month old range. I didn't heed the reviews I had read before purchase, don't make the same mistake. 2.2 stars on a $5000 product. Come on Bosch, fix this.

Unit is less than a year old and has had multiple problems. The clock ran fast and took three technician visits to correct. Now, when the oven is turned to bake, it does not heat and is gauge is showing at temp. The response from Bosch on all similar reviews is the same and there is an obvious systemic issue with their product. It will also take a month for a tech to come out, now without an oven until a tech troubleshoots. Be better Bosch.

My experience is broadly the same as so many here. The range was delivered with a faulty circuit board that gained time each day. I waited a month or so for a replacement. The replacement came and within 60 days of repair, the new circuit board stopped working. No heat at all in "Bake" or "Convection Bake" and resets the system when switched to "Convection Bake" (see photo). I have now been waiting more than two months for a second replacement part with no ETA and no further communication from Bosch. Company statement on this website says it could be as long as 8-12 months to receive a resplacement. Worse yet, Bosch is emailing me to request that I purchase an Extended Warranty. The gall and tone-deafness of this solicitation is incredible.
