After months of waiting to receive our purchased range all the while no information was available from the salesman or the regional Bosch rep, we finally got our Bosch HDS8655U range. Immediately after installation, the oven did not work at all. And the clock is gaining 2 minutes per day. Tried calling Bosch customer service and was advised that my wait time to speak to someone was 45 minutes. Considering the cost of this range, I expected a lot more in terms of both a working range and customer service. But it is a beautiful range and hopefully eventually everything will be fixed...

Immediately after this range was installed the oven has never worked, no matter what setting is on. No convection fan, no heating, nothing. Given that this problem has been occurring to others for months and the manufacturer has not dealt with this problem, I don't recommend buying this unit!

I love the stove top! I have a couple of problems, the clock gains several minutes every day, we have a service call in on this but it is taking a couple of months to resolve. Also, the stove is not in the final spot as we will have the kitchen worked on and is 4 inches smaller than our previous stove. There are no 40" dual fuel ranges for less than $12k. We didn't have the stove attached to the wall for this reason. When you open the oven door the entire stove moves. This is kind of a pain.

This is our second range in the past 6 months. The experience was the same both times. The middle burner won’t light and the entire display flashes and the time starts blinking. After that the bake and convection bake settings no longer work on the oven. This model is a lemon. Look around on the internet. Lots of folks are having the same issue.
