I thought it would be useful to add a review of this amazing range after a decent amount of time and usage. Ive had this for 2 years now and I still love using it. I feel like Ive put it through many scenarios and Ive nearly always been happy. Thanksgiving dinner using both ovens and 4 burners - amazing Day-to-day usage - perfectly suited for my needs. I really couldnt be happier that I splurged just a bit with this appliance during my kitchen remodel. Along with my cabinets this was the best decision and most important part of my new kitchen. I love the electric ovens as Ive heard less-than stellar reports from people who have gas ovens. This is a wonderful appliance and I would recommend it to anyone who has the extra money and who does a lot of cooking. The only downside I can mention is the water spots that show up on the inside and outside of the glass windows. They can be a bit hard to clean to keep this thing looking as new and beautiful as Id want it.

Four years in control panel going bad

Having two ovens is great. Thats the feature that attracted us to this range. Unfortunately after just four years the control panel is going bad: Randomly when no one is near the stove the control panel beeps and one of the ovens turns on. It clicks off a minute or two later. But its scary and potentially dangerous ... Unfortunately weve had difficulty so far getting LG to agree to repair it. We put in the request earlier this month jumped thru a number of hoops to provide proof of purchase but have not heard back. If LG wont replace the control panel or if the new one also goes bad I will be reluctant to buy LG again.

Ok. First time using it but Im not a child and I have used a lot of ovens. The racks are impossible to move. They do not slide at all. I cooked an old standby quiche. The crust did not cook on the bottom even after adding 10 minutes cooking time. In the end the top was burnt as was my hand trying to move those racks.
