We instaled this range on 11/4/2020. The oven stopped heating in late January. It's now April and it's still not fixed. Parts take forever to arrive and we'll be waiting for yet another part. Bosch won't replace it unless all parts have been tried. The oven hasn't worked longer than we've had it.

I've had this oven installed for less than 10 days and used the oven no more than 3 times and now the oven is no longer heating. Just got off the phone with customer service and will update this review as my experience with customer service and repairs continues.

We are so happy to have our new range installed and we've been cooking up a storm. I'm loving the proof setting on the oven. Baking and roasting have been a dream. Baked goods have come out beautifully and the prime rib we roasted was the best ever. The high BTU cooktop has made searing and simmering equally doable. We also love the look of the range and it enhances our kitchen.

Our unit was delivered 3/1/21. It worked great for the first week! All downhill from there. Into the second week of ownership, the burners slowly started losing power. As of right now, you can't have more than one burner on at a time or they both go out. The unit can barely cook a piece of chicken– it can't boil water. Then to top things off– today (3/10/21) the oven decides it doesn't want to get hot. We set the oven to 400º, came back 20 minutes later and it's cold to the touch. We trusted Bosch based on their brand reliability but this one definitely misses the mark.

Recieved appliance 10/26/2020 installed and needed a new circuit board before it would work less then three months later the oven and convection doesn't work, feed back and help from Bosch...nothing contacting BBB
