This stove was bought at Home Depot to replace old stove in my rental suite. Everything seemed to work on initial try but then I have the same complaint as others....the elements are substandard. Yes, they take forever on high to even bring water to a boil. On inspecting the elements, when on, they definitely do not show heat around the entire spiral! I did not get an owners manual on installation but found one online. After using the oven for baking and deciding it needed cleaning it had no self clean option!!! I did not think these were even made anymore!! Using the aerosol to clean it is just unhealthy with all the fumes one gets to just cover area. Not happy with this. The tray below oven is very small and barely open s so it is hard to get stored pans out and as someone says it worries me things may slide out back as hardly any back plate in drawer. A good feature I like is the catchment under the elements dividing them from the oven. It is a bowled design under each individual element (below the removable guard bowl) so the whole area is not covered by an accidental over boil. A good feature is a warning red message on control panel that stove top may be still hot when elements are shut off and cooling. I guess it is the old saying, "You get what you pay for." It will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

I bought this stove a little over a month ago and so for have been extremely happy with my decision. I was a little skeptical about the burners as other people complained about not being able to boil water. I haven't had any issues.

The only good part about this range that was purchased June 2019 is the oven /broiler.The burners are a complete disaster.If the do heat up (and you have to go to max to get them to do it)it tak4es forever and then they really won't hold high temps. On high you can visually see that only half the ring is working.Not at all happy with this range.Had a Kenmore prior to this and it was far better.

My home warranty company for a rental property I own replaced the stove with this item, which is completely unacceptable. My tenant tried to boil water for pasta and finally gave up after a half hour. Manufacturer representative came out and had no solution. I now have her testing each of the burners to see how long each one takes to bring water to a boil. So far, the first test showed it took 44 minutes to bring water to a boil (with a lid on the pan) BUT AS SOON AS THE LID WAS REMOVED THE BOILING STOPPED. I will update this review as the data from the other tests is available. I consider this completely unacceptable and will expect a remedy--hopefully without resorting to legal action.
