Love sleek modern black stainless 2 oven model. The easy convert makes me use the convection feature much more than my old one. And the baked items are done uniformly and moist.

Went from a single oven GE to this double oven BEAST. I absolutely love it. The weight alone lets you know that Whirlpool is serious about their products. I have zero complaints. A warranty issue on the tri-burner was handled quickly and professionally. Had I not known better, I would have assumed the repairman owned Whirlpool. Above professional if that's possible. Looking forward to the Holidays!

Have had in our house for about a month, the top scratched within a week, had to find the recommended cleaner, none found in our city and had to order on line. Not sure why any other product for cleaning a stove top would not suffice. There are two ovens and only one timer. Hummm, sure do miss that feature on our last double oven. When timer is done, it only beeps once so if I am out of the room, I will never hear it. Just simple things that could have been featured in on a new model from the highly rated Kitchenaid line.

I bought it for my remodel and I used it once and them very next use my oven lights dont work anymore I emailed kitchen aid and even though I used it one time they wouldn't replace the bulbs not even send me new bulbs they sent me the link for how to replace and a link to buy bulbs thanks kitchen aid
