We bought this a month ago and it was love at first use! The upper oven provides great access and being smaller preheats quickly, saving energy and time. It is the perfect size for all the day to day baking and roasting needs. During the holidays the entire oven was in use and handled all the demands like a true champion! Best investment we made this year!

I use the smaller oven all the time, and the large oven works great for a large turkey, baking is a dream. The convection works great, Thanksgiving was a breeze. The small oven rack touches the door when pulled out, the only reason I gave it 4 stars for design.

Learning Curve

I've had this stove for almost 2 weeks. I went from a coil style electric stove to this. I'm not completely in love with it yet. It's really a sharp-looking appliance and would be a great addition cosmetically to any kitchen. It is not hard to clean, which I was concerned about. I would recommend purchasing the ceramic top cleaner. I did buy new pots and pans because it seemed like the ones I had used on the coil top were roughened just enough that they would scratch the top. Also, they had warped over time, which you don't really realize with the coil, but when you set them on a smooth top you can tell, and it affects how they heat up. There is a definite learning curve going from a coil top to a glass top. My last stove had numbers on the dials. This one does not. I'm not loving that yet. Whereas with my coil stove a #3 or 4 or whatever was the same on every burner, on this stove each burner seems to cook a little differently. This stove has a large-sized ultra burner, which obviously cooks hotter than all the others. There is a small single burner identified as "melt", which I have not used yet but am assuming it will not get as hot as the others. There is a burner that goes from single to double to triple in size of pot that can be accommodated, but it does not cook as hot as the ultra burner. The other small burner seems to cook hotter than the the triple size burner but not as hot as the ultra. Then there is a small burner in the back center that is identifed to keep things warm, which I haven't used yet. Going from coil to smooth top is a definitely a learning curve. The burners also cycle up and down when on high heat, which adds to the distress and learning curve at first, but if you read your book, you will see that this is a normal function of the stove to protect the ceramic top. I can already see improvements in the time I've had it, so I would advise being patient. If you've ever went from gas to electric, it's the same type of learning curve, and once it's worked through it's fine. I've used both the small and larger oven. No complaints there at all. As noted by another reviewer, the convection cycles in and out, but again, read the book, normal function. I have not found the ovens to heat unevenly but have not used them extensively yet. Also, when you first turn the ovens on they smoke and smell for a couple of minutes...again, read the book, normal for first use. This only happened when they were first turned on. All in all I'm happy with the stove and getting happier the more I use it.
