purchased 7 months ago oven burner went out waited a week for a tech to diagnose three weeks for parts because cant find any in the US have to ship from korea another week to install. 5 weeks total without an oven.

This model stove has literally every option a stove could have in one stove compartment. The air fryer option is so easy to use. I have yet to use the convection option but the broiler and oven works very well. I verified the internal temp of the stove with a separate thermometer and the temp was within 1 degree The only cons I have with this stove are: The stove does not come with a broiler pan. The stove does not come with an air fryer basket. Furthermore the integral air fryer basket and rack is no longer available. A new broiler pan is priced way to hi. Save your old broiler pan.

We purchased our range in 2021 I thought LG produced reliable products however some years ago I purchased a LG Refrigerator had nothing but problems but years later we went back on our promise to never buy anything by LG we ended up purchasing this range but thank God we took out a warranty because the Self Cleaning stop working and still is so thLGe products looks good but is very disappointing in performance I know you may not want to hear my grievance but I needed to voice my displeasure

I bought this about a month ago I gave it 4 stars because I am still figuring out stuff how to use the air fry properly the convection part of the oven the # the racks need to be on for different items. One of these days I am going to be a pro at this : . Overall I really love the range and love the looks.

I bought this stove over a year ago and one of the burner is not lighting already im very disappointing. Will not recommend this stove. The warranty is only good for a year i will need to pay a technician to repair it
