Bad purchase! Poor customer serviceâ¦.bought range on 6-5 delivered on 6-8 and installed by lowes, on 7-10 at 1:30 am I heard a loud noise, the top had cracked I didnât even cook over the weekend there was NOTHING on the cooktop when it cracked my family was asleep, I was heading to bed after staying up cleaning taking advantage of my time since my baby was asleep. Just 30 days after I bought it, Iâm left with nothing after paying $2,000 for this range no one can help me, not lowes nor frigidaire. All they said was that they can replace the top but they donât know when because they donât have any in stock! I payed for a 5 year warranty and I feel like Iâm being thrown like a ball between lowes and frigidaire they donât want to give me my money back nor exchange it because they donât want to lose money but Iâm left in the middle with trash taking up space not to mention the â1 yr warrantyâ that they are not honoring because they tried to get me to pay for that cooktop when it clearly is a fabrication issue, because I have done nothing but care for that stove I was soo in love with it. This has affected me and my family negatively in many ways I have a baby whom has bottles I have to sterilize and Iâm having to drive 20 minutes to my momâs house not to mention the extra money Iâm having to spend on takeout food and many other things!!! Do not waste your money!

I received not one but two ranges from Besbuy that came dented and dinged up right out of the box. I would blame Bestbuy if the ranges were unboxes with damages made during transport however these were damaged in the box. Called Fridgidaire to file a formal complaint about their lack of care of sending me a damaged range and got absolutely nowhere with a supervisor in the Phillipines! It's now been 3 weeks that I've been without a stove because of this company's lack of everything related to customer service and sales. I will be filing with BBB.

Best range weâve ever owned. Oven temps are very accurate even when baking on multiple racks and you can select custom oven broil temps which is amazing. It also automatically converts conventional baking temp to convection temp, so no need for a conversion chart. Oven vent fan cools the unit down quickly and the Digital Touch screen is very sensitive and lockable. The bridge element on the cooktop is outstanding for roaster or griddle pans. Cook top is very easy to clean, seems to be very scratch resistant, and the element temps seem to be more consistent and evenly distributed instead of constant on and off to control temps. My only issue is that the lighting behind the front control knobs reflects off of the stainless steel knobs and can make the setting numbers difficult to see. That aside, this range is well worth the price. We have owned multiple ranges over the past 30 years, to include Samsung and GE, among others, and this Frigidaire is BY FAR the best we have ever had. We have also owned 2 Frigidaire upright freezers, the first of which lasted 22 years before we replaced with a new one a few months ago. We will buy nothing but Frigidaire appliances from now on.
