Have had my range about one week now. It has all the functions you would want in a range and it is really beautiful too! Love the choice of large, medium or small cooking elements. I have not used all the features yet, but am looking forward to them. My only complaint and it is not that big a deal, is the bottom storage drawer is small. By that I mean it is not deep and cannot hold many pans. That is the only reason I do not give it all 5 stars.

We purchased the KitchenAid brand thinking it would be good quality. Range was installed 3 weeks ago and had a damaged door and drawer. Still not replaced. The drawer is really cheap. The metal is single layer of THIN steel. It is also not level. I'm not sure how that will be fixed. It is difficult to open and close. Pushing it closed feels like the metal will bend on the front of the drawer. My wife had a problem turning on the element knobs because they are difficult to turn. It's a little difficult to see where the elements are located because they are outlined with dark markings. We are disappointed with the purchase.

Stove top & oven flawless so far. Sure is a beautiful appliance - the black stainless lends a warm feel to the kitchen ambience. Haven't braved trying convection bake yet, but the isructions look simple enough so expect to try it in the near future. Quite happy so far...

The cleaning system does not work. If you even have a little spill it does not clean it. You might as well not have a self cleaning oven.
