Purchased about a month ago still adjusting to use. really like the convection oven. Timers and controls easy to use and work great. Only dislike was air fry basket should be included and not have to search web for item out of stock with LG.

Definitely not impressed. Delivered without racks or user manual. At this point I have no idea how to use oven. Have only been able to take advantage of basic stove top functions. Tried to report missing items was told that I needed proof of purchase before you could do anything. I purchased house through an organization based in another state so have no access to proof of purchase.
