I am so happy the bottom heat coils are hidden for easier cleaning. I'm not sure I am totally happy with the touch pad that the kitchen timer has to use the start button. Also I really was hoping for oven racks that slide out when you open the oven door.

I purchased this stove in December as my 86 y/o father moved into a new house. He is independent but I liked that the glass top is easy to clean. He loves it and told his house keeper how much he loves cooking on the glass top stove! I think it is easier if you have to reach over and move items than if you have a flame or something that sticks up like electric burner. Great price and warranty!

Haven't used this a lot but so far, it's just ok :( The cooktop is very hard to keep clean with the shiny black, miss my old stove with the grey top. The most important complaint, and we'll go back to the retailer about it - the racks are very hard to pull out of the oven! I got a burn trying to pull the bottom rack out - dangerous!
