WE PURCHASED OUR RANGE DURING A REMODEL OF OUR KITCHEN AND DURING COBID WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTROL THE TWO LARGE ELEMENTS ON THE RANGE. WE CAN NOT REDUCE HEAT ON THE LARGE OR SMALL PART OF THE ELEMENT. WE KEPT THINKING THIS IS THE WAY IT WORKS BUT I AM AT MY WITS END.
