The glass top has streaks UNDER the surface after the first use. A tech visited and confirmed it was not on top surface. He reordered a new top. Waiting for it to arrive. My wife hates how difficult it is to clean.

I trust GE since this company is well established, also bought through our local appliance dealer, not a big chain store. Our oven is still new to us and had most of the features we were looking for at a more reasonable price than the higher priced options. So we had to compromise on a few things. I do like the option to connect with my phone, most of all it works as advertised so far. A printed owners manual to have with it would be nice instead of having to download it from the Internet.

The black slate color looks great in our kitchen. Lots of compliments from friends and neighbors. Like the warming features and the fact that I can air-fry without pre-heating the oven and I also like the convection oven featyre.
