I brought the whole package, range, microwave, Dishwasher and fridge. I have had to have seals on fridge replaced 3 times. Icemaker 3 times and it makes a loud noise. It also has rust stains at does my range. I have not been able to use the oven for over 6 months. It starts to heat up then a error code comes on ! Dishwasher doesn't dry heat. The only Kitchen Aid products that accurately worked is the mircwave. NO ,I would not recommend any Kitchen Aid products to friends or family. I have tried to resolve the problems with kitchen aid associates, but was told they don't make the Appliances that I purchased only 2 years ago. I am totally disgusted . Now I am told I can purchase another warranty for the range that they don't make anymore for over $500.00 . very disappointed with kitchen aid associates. What Happened to pride in your products!!

Had countertops installed after the stove was put in—they did not stabilize/anchor the stove correct, consequently, the stove does not work correctly, particularly the oven—it is TERRIBLE. Someone was supposed to come over a week ago to correct this & we have not heard from them. Very unhappy.

This is our first convection oven. We have only had it for two months, but so far we love how it cooks so evenly, and converts temperature if you desire. It looks very nice as well.
