Oven arrived 2 weeks ago. Unit looks great cooks great. Lots of features still finding reasons to use them all. I really like the insta-view Clean up is easy. Cant wait for the next holiday to really put it thru its paces

Dangerous design flaw

I wanted to love this oven. I bought it to replace an older LG. The oven works fine no complaints. The big problem is that the burner knobs are positioned in such a way that people walking near it or reaching into the microwave above it end up unknowingly hooting the knobs and turning on the burners. This happens multiple times a week. One time there was something on the oven and could have started a fire but I found it when I smelled the burning. I contacted customer service with no solution. They said they suggest using knob covers that they dont make. They wouldnt provide a suggested cover and I believe this is because there are none that actually fit these knobs.

I absolutely love the range design and features. Love the integration with Alexa backlit knobs and sleek blue interior with hidden burner. Also my favorite is the glass top which is made by Schott-Ceran and much more resilient to scratches and easy to clean

Great stove but after 30 days the ceramic range cooktop is all scratched and stained. I use the cooktop cleaner recommended but the quality of the cooktop is subpar in 60 days it looks like and old ugly stove. Horrible experience
